Today I got out of the house and went to the local JCPenny's at the mall. Since the new owner of the store was announced, people say they are the "new" JCPenny's. I was curious what that meant, so I checked it out. I found colorful clothing and displays that use space well.
I love this outfit. It was a blue and white patterned dress, and a blue zip up jacket.

These shoes' were about the most out of place things in the entire store. So the store did pretty well, and I have no bad reviews.
